The Society shall determine the Membership Registration Fees and Annual Subscription fees. Annual assessments shall be determined by a majority vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Society, upon recommendations by the Society. Individuals becoming members irrespective of the month of the year shall pay dues at the full annual rate.
Privileges of Membership begin with Payment of Dues. Payment of annual dues entitles the individual to Membership Confirmation Status Card (MCS). The MCS Card validates the Membership Certificate of the holder. New members are entitled to the privileges of membership only after payment of annual dues. Dues shall be paid on or before January 1 of each year, for the membership year then beginning, except as enumerated in Constitution of the Society.
